Join Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness for two and a half slow, guided hours at Kam Shan Country Park—an invitation to step away from city noise and reconnect with yourself through the living forest.
This is not a strenuous hike or a fast-paced sightseeing trip. We will move slowly, explore the forest through our senses, share moments of reflection, and close with a tea ceremony.
Mental Health Awareness Month
As part of our commemoration of Mental Health Awareness month, we are offering a special. If you know someone who could use a gentle pause for their wellbeing, we invite you to bring them along for free. For selected events throughout the month, we offer a 2 for 1 special. Come slow down with us, allow your body to regulate its stress, and reconnect with yourself and your true nature. This special only applies to standard booking rate. No additional discounts apply.
We Plant a Tree in our Name
For every paid guest we plant a tree in their name. It's part of our Reconnect with Yourself, Reforest Mother Nature initiative. It's our small way of sharing gratiitude to those we connect with and with our Great Mother. We've planted 84 trees thus far!

English-language experience. Suitable for ages 15 and above, with an adult accompanying anyone under 18. Please note that the route includes unpaved trails with roots and some incline, so reasonable physical fitness is required.
