If you are a member of Founder Haus Club, you are invited to try out EMS. You might have heard of EMS from Bryan Johnson or other longevity experts, this is your chance to experience it for yourself.
We are partnering with Nadal Tech to bring this "evolved method" to our rooftop. This is a dedicated window for our members to test the boundaries of physical optimization and integrated recovery.

The Experience
Sessions take place every Wednesday at 5:30 PM on our rooftop. Participants will rotate through guided circuits using Nadal Tech’s professional-grade equipment.
The Goal: Experience the tech, understand the science, and feel the shift in your recovery and strength.
The Setting: High-signal, low-noise environment overlooking Jurerê.
⚠️ Important Guidelines
To ensure safety and the best results, please follow these requirements:
✅ Body Condition: Arrive with your body dry (no oils, lotions, or heavy sunscreen as they block conductivity).
✅ Hydration: Drink at least 500ml of water prior to the session to aid the electrical impulses.
✅ Clothing: Specific EMS suits will be provided. Please wear comfortable athletic shoes.
✅ Nutrition: Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before; avoid training on a completely empty or very full stomach.
🚫 Contraindications
EMS is a powerful biohacking tool and is not recommended for those with:
Pregnancy
Cardiac pacemakers or electronic implants
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recent surgeries or serious circulatory conditions
