​After 3 hangouts and some feedback, we’ve noticed a need for time for folks to do homework, tasks, etc outside of doing crafts. So we’ve decided that the first half of the time will be dedicated to crafting, then the second half will be dedicated to studying/working/etc. Ofc you are welcome to keep crafting too, but we want to give folks space to work on what they need! But feel free to bring something to work on too this event! #bodydoubling

​Spacekeeping things:

• ​This is a COVID-cautious space, so we ask folks to wear a mask to ensure everyone's health and safety. We have extras, but if you can bring your own, that would be litty lit. We also have 2 air purifiers.

• ​No shoes inside pls :P

• ​We have 2 Cats! Please be mindful of them, and don't let them out lol (we also have allergy meds if needed!)

• ​All eating will occur outdoors unless the weather doesn’t allow us to do so

• ​Smoking is allowed; just ask us where the balcony is :P Or you can partake in the front yard lol

• ​Hard stop 10 pm

​Asks:

• ​If you have crochet hooks, yarn, and snap hair clips, pls bring!!

• ​Try to register the Monday before so we can take into account your allergies or dietary restrictions when planning food stuff

• ​These events are very DIY; most supplies are found or donated. If anyone has some extra funds they would like to contribute, or if anyone wants to provide or help prepare food, message @afterhour.recess!
