FoodSight Launch Event

​Our brand is evolving. We're launching FoodSight on Wednesday 23 September at the Marble Bar, Doheny & Nesbitt's, Dublin, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

​We're becoming FoodSight because the kitchens we work with told us what they really needed was sight of their food, every gram, every euro, every day, and a name that says exactly that.

​The evening brings together chefs, contract caterers, hospitality operators and sustainability leads for a panel discussion, The Future of Food and How Not to Waste It, MC'd by Susan Dwyer.

​Joining the panel alongside Mark Kirwan (Founder of FoodSight) are Conor Spacey (Culinary Director, FoodSpace) Katie Cantwell (Managing Director at KC Peaches) and Eoin Cluskey (Founder, Bread 41), three people who have built their careers on doing food better, alongside the team behind FoodSight.

​Expect an honest conversation about waste, cost and margin in professional kitchens and good company with the people shaping Ireland's food and hospitality scene.

​Whether you're running kitchens, managing contracts or setting sustainability targets, this is a chance to meet others tackling the same problem, and to see what becomes possible when you can see every gram.
