About Event

Negotiation is rarely just about numbers. The real challenge is understanding the people, interests, and pressures behind the conversation. Many technical and functional leaders enter negotiations with strong expertise but without a clear strategy for navigating the human dynamics that shape the outcome.

In this live workshop, expert negotiation trainer Sherri Malouf will guide participants through a practical approach to planning and executing negotiations with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on decades of experience helping leaders inside Fortune 500 organizations, Sherri will show how successful negotiators prepare, read the room, and adapt their strategy in real time.
