Skills Summit: Influencing Without Authority
This year’s Skills Summit is centred around Influencing Without Authority - building the skills that help you have impact, regardless of your role or experience level.
Across the day, you’ll take part in a mix of technical, interpersonal, and real-world learning, all designed to be practical and immediately useful back on placement. That includes a hands-on AI hackathon, an interactive interpersonal workshop, and a fireside chat with leaders, alumni, and special guests sharing how they’ve built influence in their careers.
We’ll kick things off with breakfast and networking, and keep the energy going with lunch provided - with plenty of opportunity to reconnect with your cohort, meet others across different placements, and build your network within La Fosse.
The day is designed to be flexible, you don’t need to attend every session, and there will be space available if you need to step out and work during the day.
