Intro (~5 min) — A quick overview of what we're doing tonight.
Theory + Live Demos (60 min) — The key concepts behind AI agents (harnesses, skills, contexts), plus live demos of how to get started with Claude and Codex. Open mic throughout.
Speed Networking (20 min) — 4 rounds of 5 min, paired 1-on-1 in voice channels. Opt-in.
Open Hang (remaining) — Stick around on the server to keep chatting.
