​Borrowed from design thinking and the Stanford d.school this is the most common framework used for general audience or peer feedback because it frames criticism constructively:

• ​I Like: Starts with positive reinforcement, highlighting what worked well (e.g., "I like how clearly you defined the user's pain point.").

• ​I Wish: Introduces constructive criticism gently by focusing on missed opportunities or areas of improvement (e.g., "I wish you had shown a live demo or mockup of the product.").

• ​What If: Offers proactive brainstorming or actionable suggestions for the next iteration (e.g., "What if you partnered with X to test your Y market?").
