🚀 The Women’s Club 3rd Edition — International Women’s Day 2026
The Women’s Club — International Women’s Day 2026 (Virtual)
International Women’s Day often celebrates achievement.
We are interested in what achievement costs, emotionally, mentally, and professionally, and how women actually navigate pressure, leadership, and growth in real life.
The Women’s Club is designed to feel closer to a thoughtful gathering than a stage event: people listening, asking, reflecting, and recognising parts of their own experience in someone else’s story.
This session will explore themes many professionals carry quietly at work:
confidence and visibility
leadership under pressure
career progression without burnout
emotional intelligence in decision-making
resilience after personal or professional setbacks
Rather than polished presentations, we host speakers who share lived experience, followed by a moderated discussion and open audience Q&A. Attendees are welcome to participate actively or simply listen.

Who should attend
Professionals, managers, founders, early-career leaders, and anyone thinking seriously about how to grow a career without losing themselves in the process.

Why we run this
Workplaces teach performance.
Very few teach how to stay human while performing.
The Women’s Club exists to create a space where professional growth and emotional reality can sit in the same conversation.
