About Event

TL;DR

In short, this is a three-part workshop series designed to help you intentionally build the social life you want - by getting clear on what fits you, taking realistic action, and reflecting on what actually works.

About the Series

Build Your Ideal Social Life is a three-part, hands-on workshop series for people who want more aligned, meaningful connection in 2026.

This series focuses on clarity, intention, and experimentation. You’ll reflect on what kinds of relationships and communities bring out your best self, design realistic ways to build belonging in your daily life, and learn from what happens when you put those ideas into practice.

Across three sessions, you’ll move from:

  • Clarity — understanding what you want socially and why

  • Commitment — choosing actionable, personalized ways to build it

  • Calibration — reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust

By committing to the full series, attendees can expect to walk away with:

  • greater clarity around the kinds of friends, connections, and communities that actually fit them

  • realistic social goals and experiments they can continue beyond the workshop

  • more ease and confidence navigating connection over time

  • meaningful relationships with others in the group, grounded in shared reflection and experience

You may find yourself leaving with more (and better) friends, dates, acquaintances, communities to call home, and unexpected or fun experiences along the way.

Join Brandon Dawkins, NYC Wingman and Founder of Modern Gentleman Project, and Keragan Cavolo, Community Coach, for a thoughtful, practical series designed to help you build a social life that feels energizing, aligned, and real.

Session 1: Clarity

Session 1 is all about clarity - Who am I socially, and what do I actually want?

So many of us try build social lives without first pausing to understand what truly nourishes us. This session is an invitation to slow down and get clear.

We’ll create space for reflection on your values, past social experiences, and current challenges. Through guided prompts and visualization exercises, you’ll imagine what an ideal social life looks and feels like for you. Together, we’ll identify your social “north stars”: the kinds of people, spaces, and experiences that bring out your best self.

This session is reflective, grounding, and designed to help you leave with clarity, language, and a sense of direction - as well as the comfort of realizing you’re not alone in navigating this.

Sessions 2 and 3

Workshops 2 and 3 will focus on Commitment and Calibration. This will ensure all attendees have guidance throughout the process of building these new habits/skills. More details to come...
