Plant-based Aalto Thanksgiving Dinner

​Join us to cook and enjoy a lovely plant-based Thanksgiving dinner, and get to know our community!

​We are meeting at the Design Factory kitchen at 17:00 to start cooking - you are welcome to join us whenever it suits you. Dinner starts around 19:00. We will send more details on what to bring etc. to registered participants closer to the date.

​Who are we?
Plant-Based Universities is an international student movement demanding that universities like Aalto take responsibility in the climate and ecological crisis by transitioning to fully plant-based catering.

​Why this demand?
Shifting to a plant-based food system is one of the most powerful tools to tackle climate change, protect nature, and build a fairer world. Universities like Aalto are providing scientific facts to support this, and are committed to sustainable development. Thus, they must act accordingly and advocate for a transition to a more sustainable food system.
