With fall brings the cozy, crisp nostalgia of first days of school and times of transition and beginnings. Think back on a moment where you were starting something new. Did it transpire in a single moment, or was it a slow unfolding? What did you have to shed or let go of to truly move forward? What was a time something was ending, but it turned out to be the start of something unexpected? When in your life have you felt like you were becoming a “new version” of yourself? What advice would the “you” at the start of that chapter give to your current self?
