Lindsay Pennington serves as a Government Procurement Business Analyst for APEX Accelerators Delaware at the University of Delaware. She brings over 12 years of experience from her role as Executive Director of the Port of Wilmington Maritime Society, where she connected business owners with critical port-area resources. Her diverse background includes serving as Program Manager for the du Pont Foundation and Director of Business Development at Trebuchet Financial Solutions, where she specialized in empowering entrepreneurs through education, advocacy, and strategic outreach. A University of Delaware alumna, Lindsay has also contributed to her alma mater as an instructor at UD's English Language Institute.
