UXCrunch x CodeRabbit: AI, Accessibility and the Future of Product Teams

AI is changing how digital products are designed, built and governed, but the impact is not evenly distributed.

For this one-off UXCrunch event in partnership with CodeRabbit, we’re bringing designers, developers, product leaders and AI practitioners together to explore what happens when AI moves from hype into real products, real workflows and real consequences.

The evening will take place at the London Museum Docklands, a brilliant setting for a conversation about change, technology and the future.

We’ll open with Kyle, Senior Lecturer in Assistive Technologies at the University of Bristol, whose work sits at the intersection of AI, human perception and inclusive design. Kyle will explore a fascinating and urgent accessibility challenge: how tools designed to detect, block or manage AI activity on websites can unintentionally create barriers for people who rely on screen readers and other assistive technologies. He’ll also be joined by two students, who may share short demos showing the issue in practice.

From there, we’ll move into the changing realities of product and engineering teams. CodeRabbit will share how AI is reshaping developer workflows, followed by ÌníOlúwa, Lead Designer at AirOps, who will explore how brands are being discovered in AI search and what that means for designers, product teams and the humans behind the technology.

We’ll also hear from Cast AI, before closing with Gary, Founder and Chief Advisor at Owendale Advisory, on what AI means at a strategic level for businesses, industries, workforces and customers. His session will look beyond the tooling and into the leadership, operational and cultural shifts required to make AI meaningful.

Expect an evening of sharp thinking, practical demos and open conversation across accessibility, design, development and business strategy, built for anyone trying to understand what AI really means for the future of product teams.
