AT Session: Charles Songhurst

​Charles Songhurst is a technology investor. Charles was previously General Manager of Global Corporate Strategy at Microsoft and focused on partnerships and M&As. He ran the Yahoo acquisition and commercial deal and drove the Skype acquisition. Before running Corporate Strategy, Charles was focused on the emergence of Google and the growth of the search industry. He now invests in a wide range of start-ups, particularly focused on enterprise SaaS and deep tech but also has stakes in biotechnology, cyber and quantum companies, decentralization, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. Charles received a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at Oxford University.
