Build Better Workflows with AI
Learn the workflow, not the tool.
This is a practical, 90-minute session on how to turn repetitive business work into useful automations with AI.
We’ll use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and other automation tools, but this isn’t a product tutorial. The goal is to learn a repeatable way to spot opportunities, map the work, build an automation, test it, and improve it.
You don’t need to be technical, but you have to be willing to try new ways of working.
What you’ll learn
How to spot work that is worth automating
How to map a business process before pointing AI at it
How to decide what should be automated and what should stay human
The basic loop: map → automate → test → improve
How to connect information across different parts of your business
How to give AI the context it needs to do useful work
What to do when an automation breaks, gets confused, or produces the wrong result
What can you build?
The same workflow can be used to create things like:
turning incoming emails into organized tasks or follow-ups
creating reports from spreadsheets and business data
researching prospects and preparing sales outreach
organizing customer or project information
monitoring news, competitors, or industry developments
creating marketing content from existing business knowledge
preparing meeting notes and next steps
building internal tools that save your team repetitive work
How the lab works
Before the session, you’ll get access to a free short course you can watch on your own time. It will help you get the right AI and automation tools set up in advance, so we don’t spend the workshop installing software or creating accounts.
During the 90-minute lab, we’ll focus on one clear workflow, rather than trying to cover every automation platform.
You’ll see Elliott take a real business process from messy manual work to a working automation, including how the process is mapped, where AI fits, what gets built, what goes wrong, and how it gets improved.
By the end, you should be able to look at your own work and start identifying processes you can simplify, automate, or redesign with AI.
