Christine Farrugia is an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and award-winning speaker who helps leaders strengthen their influence and lead with clarity and purpose. She partners with executives and teams at organizations such as Meta, Instacart, and the Gates Foundation. For over two decades, she led teams of up to 300 people and managed P&Ls exceeding $1 billion at leading Canadian organizations including Wealthsimple, one of Canada's leading fintechs, and Loblaw, Canada's largest retailer — so she brings practical learnings and experience to the work she does with clients today. She holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
