About Event

Welcome to the Nerves Meetup EU!

We meet every month on the second Wednesday. All are welcome to join :)

For this edition, we welcome Isaiah DeRose-Wilson to join us and speak on his projects involving porting Nerves to unsupported consumer-grade hardware.

Speaker

Isaiah DeRose-Wilson is a technology executive and product builder focused on smart buildings, connected hardware, embedded systems, and AI. He currently leads hardware strategy at 1VALET. Previously, he co-founded SmartRent and served as CTO, helping grow the company from startup through IPO.

Format

The first 10 minutes of the meetup will allow for some small discussions around the topic, plus introductions and announcements. Afterwards, our speaker will present for about 30 minutes. Following the presentation, there will be time for Q&A, as well as a social hour!
