🚀 AI Workshop #3: Onboarding AI Agents into Your Organization

​Join us for the third session of Marvin Ventures’ AI Workshop Series

​Together with Tanush Jagdish and Tyler KepTrine from Olito Labs. We’re going to focus on building agentic skills during the workshop.

​From all our work helping teams adopt agents, it is clear that skills are the atomic unit that makes agents actually useful. A skill is a reusable set of instructions your agent loads on demand - it's how you encode YOUR expertise into something an AI can execute repeatedly. They transfer between agents (Claude Code, Codex, whatever you use), and in our opinion, it is how you scale AI adoption across a team reliably.

​Agenda - ~15 min: What a skill actually is (folder structure, how it works) ~45 min: Live build. We'll pick one attendee, share screen, and walk through building a real skill from a real workflow ~15 min: Q&A

​What to bring

• ​Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or Codex installed and working

• ​⁠A pain point or workflow you do repeatedly that you'd love to automate
