​Join Hatch Blue's Women in Ocean Food Africa Program, Sote Hub and She Changes Ocean, for an official side event of the Our Ocean Kenya 2026 Conference. This session brings together entrepreneurs, investors, ecosystem builders and policymakers to surface the real stories, structural barriers and bold asks around financing and scaling women in Africa's seafood and aquaculture sectors and to put on record what genuine investment in African women requires.

​The session features a keynote address, a fireside chat on what investing in African women founders actually looks like on the ground, and a panel discussion on enabling women's leadership across sustainable seafood, aquaculture and ocean governance.
