Join us for an intimate and dynamic panel spotlighting visionary female founders and leaders who are reshaping the landscape of global business through inclusive, scalable, and gender-conscious strategies.

From Web3 and AI to venture capital and SaaS, our speakers represent diverse industries and lived experiences — all united by a common mission: to build companies where women thrive and redefine leadership on a global scale.

🌍 About the Event & The Speakers

As part of a larger international dialogue hosted in collaboration with the Delta Campus and The IPD (Import Promotion Desk in Germany) we will explore how inclusive leadership, companies and trade can look like across continents.

We will learn from the perspective of leaders like:

🎯 Leonie Althaus: As CEO and co-founder of traide AI, Leonie is transforming international trade using AI technologies. Her mission to simplify and democratize customs processes is especially impactful for small, women-led businesses entering global markets. She’ll share insights on innovation, B2B tech, and inclusive infrastructure for trade.

🎯 Stefania Guglielmetto: An international marketing expert, combined with her active role in helping build the Women of SaaS community in Berlin, demonstrates her commitment to female empowerment in the tech and business sectors. With her multicultural background, she’ll share best practices for building international business strategies, career growth, and supporting women in SaaS and beyond.

🎯 Angeley Mullins: As a seasoned executive, startup advisor, and global CMO/CGO, Angeley brings a powerful voice to the intersection of growth, leadership, and inclusion. With a career spanning 20+ countries and roles in high-growth startups, VC-backed scaleups, and global tech companies, she has led go-to-market strategies that drive business while championing diverse and inclusive teams.

🎯 Anais Cisneros: A venture partner and co-founder of Amela, the largest community for female entrepreneurs in Latin America, and now growing across Europe. She’s a champion of inclusive access to funding, mentorship, and market opportunities for women founders. Anais will share actionable insights about community-building at scale, and how to bridge global startup ecosystems through gender-conscious strategies.
