Poets You Should Know:Mashujaa

This month, we celebrate our heroes unsung. This edition puts the spotlight on M.Rumbi, an acclaimed acoustic spoken word artist and singer-songwriter known for blending soulful balladry with confessional verse. Grounded in resonant guitar work, intimate vocal dynamics, and piercing vulnerability, his work explores themes of grief, emotional healing, and self-discovery. He will be joined on stage by a sample of Nairobi's finest poets gracing the open mic section of the show.
