Midgard LabsのPhil DiSarroとDave Dionisioが、Cardanoコミュニティの皆さまと直接交流するために来日します。
Midgard Labsがこれまで何を構築してきたのか、これから何を実現しようとしているのか。そして、CardanoとADAの未来をどのように描いているのか。
本イベントでは、これまでに実現してきた取り組みや、今後Cardano上で登場する新しいアプリケーション、さらに多くのユーザーと資本をCardanoエコシステムへ呼び込み、ADAホルダーにとっての価値につなげていくためのビジョンをご紹介します。

Midgard Labsとは？
Midgard Labsは、Cardanoを基盤とするエンジニアリングおよびセキュリティ企業です。
現在、Cardano上の取引をより高速（Leiosと並行して）かつ低コストにすることを目指すLayer 2ネットワーク「Midgard」を開発しています。
また、AIを利用したものを含む新たな攻撃からCardanoを守るためのセキュリティ技術や、開発者向けのさまざまなツールの開発にも取り組んでいます。

Cardano初のパーミッションレス型Optimistic Rollup「Midgard」の設計者。
USDCxおよびLayerZeroのCardano統合における技術設計を担当し、Cardanoエコシステム内のさまざまな企業やアプリケーションと密接に連携してきました。
セキュリティ分野では、Cardano上のアプリケーションにおける重大なバグを発見したほか、SecondFiウォレットの影響を受けた多くのユーザーへのインシデント対応を支援。2024年にCardanoネットワークが攻撃を受けた際には、その対応を主導しました。
また、DRep（Delegated Representative）およびCardano Constitutional Committeeのメンバーとしてもコミュニティに貢献しています。

以前はInput Output（IOG）で戦略・パートナーシップを担当し、Charles Hoskinsonと密接に連携してきました。
Cardano Constitutional ConventionやIntersectの成長にも中心的に関わり、Cardanoエコシステム全体に幅広いネットワークを持っています。
Cardanoに携わる以前は、世界有数のFinTech・ブロックチェーン企業とともに、FinTech、暗号資産に関するアドバイザリーや規制分野に従事していました。

About this event
Phil DiSarro and Dave Dionisio of Midgard Labs are coming to Japan to meet the Cardano community in person. Join us to hear what they have built, what comes next, and their vision for Cardano and ADA.
We will share what has been delivered and the new exciting applications that are coming to Cardano, and how we plan to bring more people and more capital to the network to benefit all ADA holders.
Whether you have followed Cardano for years or are just getting curious, you are welcome. Bring your questions.
Who is Midgard Labs?
Midgard Labs is an engineering and security firm built on Cardano. The team is building Midgard, a Layer 2 network designed to make transactions on Cardano faster (alongside Leios) and less expensive. It also helps protect Cardano against new kinds of attacks, including those driven by AI, and builds many tools for developers.
Who you will meet
Phil DiSarro, founder and CEO of Midgard Labs and Anastasia Labs. Phil is the architect of Midgard, Cardano’s first permissionless optimistic rollup. He is the technical architect for USDCx and LayerZero’s Cardano integration, and has worked closely across Cardano companies and applications. On the security, Phil has uncovered critical bugs in Cardano applications and supported incident response for many impacted SecondFi wallet users. He led the response to stop the 2024 network attack on Cardano, and he serves the community as a voting representative (DRep) and a member of Cardano’s Constitutional Committee.
Dave Dionisio, COO of Midgard Labs. Dave previously led strategy and partnerships at Input Output (IOG), working closely with Charles Hoskinson. He has played a leading role in Cardano’s Constitutional Convention and Intersect’s growth, and has deep relationships across the ecosystem. Before Cardano, he worked in fintech and crypto advisory and regulation with some of the largest fintech and blockchain companies in the world.
