Yoga ist für mich ein Ruhepol – ein sicherer Ort, um im Alltag innezuhalten, durchzuatmen und bei mir anzukommen.
In meinen Stunden entsteht eine entspannte und fokussierte Atmosphäre, in der du auf deine eigene Weise Kraft, Flexibilität und innere Ruhe findest. Kein großes Studio, kein Leistungsdruck – einfach wohltuendes Yoga zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen, ganz für dich.
Egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene, mit kleinen Wehwehchen oder topfit – hier ist jeder willkommen und wird achtsam begleitet. Komm vorbei, gönn dir eine Auszeit und vielleicht lernst du dabei sogar neue Nachbarn kennen.
Yogamatten sind vorhanden.
Wenn ich Yoga praktiziere, spüre ich eine lebendige, positive Energie, die mich immer wieder auf die Matte ruft. Diese Leidenschaft führte mich zur zertifizierten Yogalehrerin (200h, Yoga Alliance). Ich lerne stetig weiter und freue mich, Yoga offen, neugierig und in Deutsch oder Englisch zu teilen

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, dealing with some aches or feeling top fit—everyone is welcome here and guided mindfully. Stop by, treat yourself to a break, and maybe you’ll even get to know some new neighbors.

When I practice yoga, I feel a vibrant, positive energy that keeps calling me back to the mat. This passion led me to become a certified yoga teacher (200h, Yoga Alliance). I continue to learn and I look forward to sharing yoga with openness, curiosity, and in German or English.
