About Event

Artificial intelligence is forcing us to confront a fundamental question: What is the very nature of an organization?

Are organizations designed to support human flourishing — empowering people to thrive, learn, and create together? Or are they simply vehicles to maximize efficiency and profit in a world designed for extractive capitalism, replacing human judgment and creativity with agents, robots, and full automation?

We invite you to join our emergent community in a global conversation about that choice. To define the very nature of a human-centric organization.

Why This Event Matters

Every major technological shift has reshaped how organizations operate and how people fit within them. Too often, human dignity has been compromised in the name of efficiency. With AI, the stakes are far higher: the potential exists not just to automate tasks, but to diminish the very essence, purpose, and dignity of human work.

We envision something akin to an "H-Corp" and invite you to co-create the foundation of a movement to redefine organizations for the AI era, ensuring they remain human-centered by design. Our goal is to identify the principles, policies, and practices that distinguish organizations that amplify humanity from those that erode it.

A New Kind of Conversation

We’ll use ThinkScape®, a collaborative dialogue platform from Unanimous.AI, to go beyond passive listening and capture our collective wisdom. Participants will be placed into small-group conversations that are anonymous, fast-paced, and deeply engaging. ThinkScape cross-pollinates ideas and surfaces themes across all groups, enabling us to identify patterns and shared insights that no single discussion could reveal.

Together, we will explore three core questions:

  1. Principles – What values should define a human-centered organization?

  2. Policies – What commitments and governance are needed to ensure technology empowers people instead of replacing them?

  3. Practices – What concrete actions bring these values to life inside organizations and across the market?

Each round of small-group dialogue will contribute to a collective synthesis that we’ll review together—creating a shared understanding of what human-centered means in practice.

For more background, read the blog post with further details on why this and why now.

What We’ll Do With the Outcomes

The insights gathered will shape the first public draft of an H-Corp Manifesto. Organizations and leaders committed to our shared cause will be invited to join as signatories, seeking to uphold our values publicly. Participants and signatories will be invited to continue shaping the framework as the movement evolves.

Who Should Attend

This is for leaders, practitioners, and citizens of all ages who believe organizations must serve human dignity in the age of AI, including:

  • Business leaders and entrepreneurs

  • Students and educators

Join us to co-create a future where organizations exist for humans, never in place of them.
