You’re warmly invited to a unique experience of connection, relaxation, and presence.We’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body and calm the mind, followed by an Ayurvedic massage circle (without oil), where we’ll mindfully care for one another through conscious, respectful touch.
I’ll also share simple self-massage techniques that you can take with you and integrate into your daily life ✨
No experience is needed — just an open heart to give and receive.
