Modern workplace culture demands that we stay positive, hyper-productive, and emotionally contained at all times, a pressure that only intensifies when you're an international navigating the unique quirks, culture clashes, and famous "directness" of the Dutch corporate world.
Spill the Tea is a curated storytelling night and open mic designed for expats, startup survivors, and corporate professionals to share the hilarious absurdity, everyday chaos, and unsaid frustrations of working life in the Netherlands.
Part open mic, part tea ceremony, and part collective exhale, this evening is built on a few strict house rules:
No advice. No fixing. No judgment. Just tea, truth, and a room that entirely gets it.
Come listen to curated stories, share your own workplace woes on the mic, or drop an anonymous complaint card into the mix.
