​How It Works

​An Open Studio typically involves an introductory presentation by our host practice and meeting the team members and mentors who will be providing feedback to you on your applications.

​Participants will be split into small groups to ask specific questions about their CVs and portfolios as well as engage with their peers.

​We require attendees to bring physical portfolios for richer discussions. Each person will receive feedback for up to 15 minutes.

​Make is a different kind of architecture practice. Motivated by imaginative design, we deliver spaces that inspire people and transform lives.

​Founded in 2004 by Ken Shuttleworth, we have teams in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai providing architecture, interior and urban design services from concept to completion. We’re committed to resilient placemaking that creates social value for all.
