MakerHacks II - The Bay's First High School Robotics Hackathon
This is for the first day of MakerHacks II. Day 1 of MakerHacks begins with participant check-in and team formation at the venue, followed by a formal opening ceremony and keynote address. The afternoon is dedicated to project ideation and development, with participants beginning work on hardware prototypes under the guidance of mentors.
Throughout the day, workshops and technical sessions are offered to provide support in areas such as robotics, programming, and design. Meals and refreshments are provided on site, and teams continue building into the evening.
As this is an overnight event, the venue will remain open and staffed throughout the night to accommodate continuous project work. Quiet breakout areas and designated rest spaces will be available, while the main hall remains active for prototyping and collaboration.
By the end of Day 1, all participants will be fully immersed in the development phase of their projects, preparing for testing, refinement, and presentations scheduled for Day 2.
This event is hosted at the Frontier Tower:
