​About the Hike

​For this MBC BioLabs × Life Science Hikers adventure, we’re taking you somewhere extra special. Join us at 8:30 AM on Saturday, November 1st, at the Rock Spring parking lot on the western slopes of Mount Tamalpais for a 4-mile loop over the West Peak. Along the way, we’ll pass the Cushing Memorial Amphitheater, explore the remnants of the old West Peak military base, and traverse serpentine outcroppings and steep meadows with sweeping views of Stinson Beach and the Pacific Ocean below.
