STYLE DOESN'T STOP AT YOUR WARDROBE
Interior design and colour experts explore how personal style extends beyond fashion and into our homes. If our clothes reflect who we are, shouldn't our homes do the same?
Panellists:
Rachael Balmforth – Senior Social and Influencer Manager. Rachael from AO has more than 12 years of industry experience, she has led many successful campaigns and is a proud mentor for Girls Out Loud which aims to empower young women and girls. She will be leading the panel discussion.
Sophie Robinson. Packing the punch of 25 years of experience in interior design, journalism, and television, Sophie is on a mission to inspire and help millions to have the confidence to create vibrant, individual, authentic and, of course, colourful homes. She does this through her award winning socials, podcast, TV appearances and Interior design school, generously sharing everything she knows about creating joyful interiors.
Matt Smith-Wood. An interior designer and BBC One Interior Design Masters finalist, known for his contemporary, architectural approach that blends clean lines, authentic and beautifully functional spaces
Caroline Dowsett. A Manchester-based illustrator who’s work can be recognised from colourful, fluid and playful imagery. She has created a diverse body of work, including murals, textiles, stationary and varied packaging and branding. Her art has appeared across various parts of the city, including Stevenson Square and Spinning Fields alongside some larger murals in Altrincham town centre. She will be featuring as a colour expert.
Your ticket also includes access to J.O. Studio's Presentation 19:00-20:00. This immersive exhibition will invite audiences to reconsider the value of materials we view as disposable, and imagine a future for fashion where we design with what already exists.
This is a public event, but registration is required.
