Workshop host
Marie Chauvois is a sales strategist and co-founder of Luma Circle, with over a decade of experience in client-facing roles across tech, services, and early-stage ventures in Europe.
Most of her career has been spent leading conversations, building trust, and closing high-value deals in competitive, fast-paced environments. Throughout these years, she developed an approach to sales rooted not in pressure or performance, but in understanding.
Having closed complex deals without relying on aggressive tactics, Marie now challenges the common myth that successful selling requires extroversion, persuasion, or hard pitching. Reframing sales as a human skill: one grounded in clarity, confidence, and honest communication.
About The Founders' Table
Each month, we gather for intimate conversations around a different theme and share stories that open up possibilities for everyone at the table.
These aren't networking events. They're curated spaces for real connection with women building businesses together. The format will change. Sometimes restaurants, sometimes private homes, sometimes outdoors. Occasionally a workshop or fireside chat. What stays the same: intimacy, intention, and good food. If you're building something meaningful, we'd love you at the table.
