With over 4+ years of experience in clinical psychology, Sonakshi has worked closely with individuals across corporate and academic settings, helping them manage stress, anxiety, burnout, and everyday emotional challenges.

She currently works as a Consultant Therapist with Lyra Health and a Student Wellness Counselor, and has conducted mental health sessions for leading organizations and institutions.

Her approach combines evidence-based techniques like CBT, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices, but what truly stands out is how she makes these concepts simple, relatable, and easy to apply in real life.

She has also been featured on platforms like NewsX and The Indian Express, and actively shares insights on mental well-being through her growing Insta community: @mentalhealthwithsonakshi
