About Event

When you run more than one agent, memory becomes the hard part. Where does shared context live, and who's allowed to see it?

In this workshop, Chiru Boggavarapu (SurrealDB) and Brandon Barros (Mastra) show a fleet of agents all sharing a single brain backed by SurrealDB's agent memory. Using scoped access, we can ensure context stays accessible but protected.

We'll cover:

  • Dropping SurrealDB agent memory into your Mastra agents, then inspecting what's stored in SurrealDB Studio - including where each fact came from, when it was learned, and what it superseded

  • Wiring SurrealDB's tracing into Mastra's observability to follow a request end to end

  • Reading traces in Mastra Studio, plus an early look at Trace Intelligence for finding bottlenecks and failure points

Live demo, real code, and time for questions at the end. Bring them.

Hosted by:
Brandon Barros, Founding Field Engineer @ Mastra
Chiru Boggavarapu, Senior DX Engineer @ SurrealDB
