Marco Tschan, Founder and CEO of proGrow, an industrial intelligence company based in Porto that uses AI to turn machine data into useful insights for manufacturing SMEs. He has over 15 years of experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, with projects in Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore and the USA, including a global supply chain redesign at Barry Callebaut. Today, proGrow's IoT and AI platform helps more than 100 factories increase their margins and profitability. He also hosts the Connected Shopfloor Podcast.
Tim Malbon, Made by Many, a product consultancy. Optimistic, challenging, with a dark sense of humour and attracted to fun. Always happy to talk to people building things that matter.
