​Turns out we're all a bit under-held right now.

​Not in a deep existential sense. Just - nobody's holding us enough and we're all pretending that's fine. It's not fine. And also, it shouldn’t have to be that complicated.

​So we did something about it. You come. You get held. You hold others. Platonic, non-sexual, no agenda. Just people being people together.

​

​This is not a healing circle. No sage. No altars. No one's going to ask you to share your intentions. It's a physical space for co-regulation more than a workshop. A room. A small group of humans. Arms.

​And yes it's guided enough to help you navigate the space (think part being guided into ways to hold each other). And open enough that you stay in charge (think part open space, no mandatory direction, a space to hold, be held, both or none).

​Come when you need holding. Come when you have it to give. Come when you're not sure which one it is yet.

​[held] is for you and anyone anyone who needs a room that asks - how do you want to be held? Which, honestly, is most of us.
