Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@lstca.org. A full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees, will be issued for cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the event. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or more before the event. No refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
