MassChallenge x Groundwater Institute: Immersive Experience (virtual)
FINAL SESSION DATES WILL BE EITHER APRIL 16-17 OR APRIL 23-24, DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY OF SELECTED PARTICIPANTS.
Elevating Equity-Centered Leadership & Systems Thinking
MassChallenge is excited to announce a strategic partnership with the Groundwater Institute (GWI) to foster equity-centered leadership and systems-level thinking across our global innovation ecosystem. We are offering a fully funded, dedicated 1.5-day virtual Immersive Experience for 25 selected participants in April 2026.
About the Immersive Experience
This nationally respected, data-informed training introduces GWI’s powerful "groundwater" metaphor (background here). Participants will learn to examine patterns, systems, and root causes of inequitable outcomes - particularly in healthcare, venture, and entrepreneurship - to support innovation that improves outcomes for all.
You Will Learn To:
Shift from individual-level to systems-level analysis.
Develop shared vocabulary and frameworks for equity-driven leadership.
Apply systems-level thinking across high-impact sectors.
