About Event

Victor is showing us two powerful, practical tools to use Bitcoin the way we want to: Cashu and the Liquid Network.

Cashu is an open-source Chaumian e-cash protocol that brings anonymous, off-chain payments to Bitcoin. Think Lightning - without channels, balances, or identities - for fast, private microtransactions in high-trust communities. It’s ideal for community-based circular economies.

Liquid is a Bitcoin sidechain designed for faster settlement, confidential transactions, and cross-exchange liquidity. It supports issued assets (like stablecoins and tokenized securities) and is already being used by exchanges, traders, and even national projects to move BTC and assets quickly and securely.

These tools are opening up new use cases - from grassroots community banking in Brazil to more private and programmable Bitcoin infrastructure that doesn’t compromise on principles.

Whether you're a builder, educator, or just Bitcoin-curious, join us to learn how these systems work, how to onboard, and what becomes possible when we start thinking of Bitcoin as programmable freedom money.

Let's get hands on! See you there.
