​We will host a talk by Professor Özlem Özmutlu Karslioglu from the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, an expert in the field of alternative proteins. The event will be conducted in a hybrid format: on-site in Freising (HSWT, C4 building) and online (the link will be provided beforehand). We are looking forward to an insightful event!
