Driving meaningful change, especially social and environmental change, often involves navigating disagreement, competing priorities, and resistance. Yet when tensions rise, it's easy to fall into patterns of blame, defensiveness, or taking responsibility for problems that aren't ours to solve.
In this highly interactive workshop, participants will explore how interpersonal dynamics can keep conflicts stuck and prevent meaningful progress. Through experiential exercises, they will practice recognizing and stepping out of these patterns, taking ownership of their reactions, and responding to conflict with greater awareness and accountability.
This workshop focuses on the interpersonal challenges that arise when people with different perspectives and priorities work toward shared goals. It is particularly relevant to those working in corporate sustainability, organizational transformation, grassroots movements, and climate initiatives.
Please note that photographs and video recordings will be taken during the event for documentation, reporting, and public communication purposes; for online events, this includes recordings of the session and screenshots. If you do not wish to be included in such recordings, please let us know on site or, for online events, at the start of the session (e.g. via chat) – you are also welcome to keep your camera switched off. We will take this into consideration.
