• ​A verified successful exit, or

• ​$15M+ USD net worth

​Additionally:

• ​Must be a first-generation founder

• ​Must be majority equity owner

• ​Must be able to verify finances

​Character Matters More Than Revenue

​Just because someone qualifies financially does not mean they belong.

​Immediate removal risk includes:

• ​Victim mindset

• ​Ego-driven behavior

• ​Disrespect (to members or staff)

• ​Pitching, recruiting, or selling

• ​Treating the room like deal flow

• ​Gossip or breaking confidentiality

• ​Drama or repeated conflict

• ​Chronic lateness or no-shows

​Professionalism is the baseline.
