Meghan Hennessy is a somatic therapist, social worker, and yoga teacher specializing in helping individuals heal trauma through the body using integrative, nervous system-based approaches. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, her work bridges clinical understanding with deeply embodied healing practices.

Meghan’s approach is rooted in the belief that true healing does not come from the mind alone, but through restoring safety, connection, and regulation within the nervous system. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing and incorporates a range of body-based modalities to support clients in gently unwinding patterns of stress, anxiety, and trauma held within the body.

Her work weaves together ancient spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing with modern neuroscience and trauma-informed care. Through this integration, she guides individuals back into a state of presence, helping them reconnect with their bodies, access deeper self-awareness, and cultivate lasting inner peace.
