​Join Fluxis Capital for a 45-minute fireside conversation exploring how lenders evaluate growth-stage companies and how founders and investors should think about capital structure as businesses scale. The discussion will examine the factors that drive underwriting decisions, the financial signals and risks lenders pay closest attention to, and the tradeoffs between debt and equity financing.

​Featured guest
The session features Sandra Locoh-Donou, an experienced leader in credit and growth finance with more than 12 years across investment, origination, guarantee structuring, and lending. She has led originations at Lendable, worked in business development for Southern Africa at the African Guarantee Fund, where she helped structure financial guarantees to expand SME lending, and previously served as a Senior Investment Officer at responsAbility Investments. Her earlier experience also includes real estate investment at BNP Paribas in Paris. A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Sandra has long been focused on helping unlock capital for small businesses in emerging markets. She is also the founder of Finlo, and brings a practical, founder-aware perspective to the conversation. Sandra is speaking in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any current or former employer.
