​What can you create in 8 hours?

​FMTY is teaming up with Sttoke to bring together Melbourne’s creative community for a one-day film challenge.

​🧠 The Challenge

​You’ll have 8 hours to:

• ​Concept

• ​Shoot

• ​Edit

• ​Deliver

​A 60–90 second narrative film based on the prompt revealed on the day.

​You’ll be working in teams of 2–3, with access to:

• ​A live café environment

• ​Sttoke products

• ​Select talent + props

• ​A room full of other creatives doing the same thing

​🏆 The Prize

​$3,000 prize pool.

​Judged on:

• ​Storytelling (40%)

• ​Technical (30%)

• ​Creativity (30%)

​☕️ The Day

​9:00AM — Check-in + Briefing
10:00AM — Challenge Begins
6:00PM — Submissions Close
7:00PM — Screening + Celebration

​We’ll wrap the day by watching every film together, followed by a casual hang.
