Hard Fork Readiness - Bosko will update us on ecosystem readiness and gameplan for the Van Rossem hard fork.
Leios & Core - Carlos and Sam will reiterate essential details of the version upgrades through 11.0, and how ongoing core workstreams like Leios run alongside the hard fork.
Ongoing Maintenance - Michael Karg will explain the pillars and purpose of the Maintenance plan proposed by IO for the 2026 budget cycle.
Parameters Governance - We'll hear updates on the Incentives Working Group's new Ekklesia ballot, and from the Parameter Committee on newly announced parameter changes.
