Co-working opale @Common Hub Brussels
What if?
Imagine a productive yet inspiring and enriching workday, filled with shared experiences and wonderful moments of connection—in short, an energizing workday?
The Concept
The original idea came from Christopher Franzen, who launched it under the name Hoffice (short for Home Office). The principle is to combine connection between participants, an environment conducive to individual productivity, and the use of an inspiring space. We draw inspiration from the "teal" values of Spiral Dynamics: emergence, authenticity, deep connection, a holistic and self-learning approach, and more.
Connecting
The day begins with a welcome and connection with other participants over coffee or tea. We (re)discover each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Then, during shared breaks and the lunch break, conversations take place, sharing takes place, exercises are done, and there are numerous opportunities to connect and support one another.
Productivity
After breaks, the Pomodoro Technique helps you enter a state of focused energy. This proven technique promotes good productivity, especially when everyone around the table adopts the same posture. You can feel the energy of concentration at this time…
Facilitation:
This co-working day will be facilitated by one of the co-workers: Alain Vereecke (freelance IT analyst and scrum master). It is open to a maximum of 5 to 6 participants to allow for quality discussions. However, if there are more participants registered via the waiting list, another facilitator will be asked to lead a second group of 5 to 6 participants, and similarly for an additional group.
Registration fee: free
