Join a curated crew of Austin and SxSW attendee entrepreneurs for a guided fitness workout focusing on 4 aspects of Bruce Lee's Martial Arts JKD curriculum - location in downtown/clarksville area, very central, good parking, you bring a yoga mat!
Our host, local Austin "Community Person" John Davison will guide us through a Qi Gong Meditation, training on the Hindu Squat/Pushup and a trapezius (the diamond on your upper back) strength training sequence.
This flow will help you stay fast, fit and living a long "health span" and requires no extra tools, learning or special anything, come as you are, leave engergized and clear minded.
NA Drinks, music, friends, vibes -> After a long week on the SxSGrind, come take in some chill.
