afterglow
Breathwork + Original Electronic Music

Set the week down. For 90 minutes, guided breath meets a live electronic set of all original music by Just Milk, so you can let go of what you’re holding and walk out lighter, clearer, and a little bit glowing.

No experience needed. If you can lie down and breathe, you’re ready.

How the night unfolds

⋆˚꩜。 Arrive: Warm, organic textures echo the pulse of your heart. Your body settles, your mind slows, and you start to feel held.

⋆˚꩜。 Release: The beat builds into driving, hypnotic rhythms that move between minimal house and high tempo club. Let the music carry your breath and shake loose whatever’s been stuck. This is the party within.

⋆˚꩜。 Land: The sound melts into ambient frequencies made to open the heart while you rest and let it all settle in.

What you might feel
Full-body tingles, waves of emotion, a good cry or a good laugh, a lighter chest, a quieter mind. Everyone’s experience is different, and all of it is welcome.

Your guides

Mina Bahadori (she/her) is an Iranian-American breath and energy guide based in Brooklyn, with a decade of experience. Her music-forward sessions are rooted in intuition and safety, offering depth without heaviness and spirituality without rigidity. Expect gentle, inclusive, and playful.

Tara Rook (Just Milk) (she/her) is a Brooklyn artist whose glowing synth pop, dark disco, and dreamy trip-hop turn heartache into healing. She plays the set live on her SP404-SX, shaped in real time around your breath.

Bring: an open heart, a refillable water bottle, chapstick. Cushions and blankets are provided, and adaptogenic teas are available for purchase.

Open to all levels. First-timers very welcome.
