Clay Club CO - Lunch & Learn: Score Your ICP in 20 Minutes
✨ Purpose Clay Club CO is a community for Clay users and GTM enthusiasts across Colorado — bringing together folks who are bullish on Clay to learn, share workflows, and swap tactics.
We run a mix of in-person main events, workshops, and now virtual Lunch & Learns designed for members who can't always make it out in person.
These sessions are community-focused and cover everything from workflow sharing to new Clay releases to real GTM problem-solving.
This session kicks off our Lunch & Learn series.
Drew will walk us through building an ICP scoring engine live — starting with a messy contact list and ending with a prioritized pipeline.
Attendees follow along with a blank template dropped at the start and leave with a cloneable, customized version.

Lunch & Learns are a lower-lift format than our main events — built for quick wins over your lunch break, with room at the end to dig into questions.

Company-level scoring (3–5 unique criteria)
Contact scoring (title, seniority, department fit)
Conditional enrichment (only pay for qualified contacts)
Output tier assignment — Hot Warm Cold — based on combined company + contact scores
⏰ How it'll run
We'll pre-recruit a volunteer from the attendee list so we're working with real data and a real ICP — approx 100–200 contacts.
Everyone gets a blank template at the start to follow along and customize to their own ICP in real time. Aiming for a 20-minute build max, leaving room to dig into details or Clay-adjacent questions.
